proof test presssure in m70 win& ruger 77?

I wonder if you can tell me about pressure test on these modern rifles?

Most American firearms are fired with what's called a "Blue Pill" round. It's usually loaded to about 20% higher than normal pressure.

There are many known cases of guns marked as having been proof fired that obviously weren't......because it was impossible to fire them at all.

I was around when the Ruger action was introduced. Bill Ruger claimed his action could take up to 160,000 psi.
The modern M70 actions are a very close improved 98 Mauser with a gas block. I wouuldn't worry about them either. E
