Danny Payproof test presssure in m70 win& ruger 77?

I wonder if you can tell me about pressure test on these modern rifles?

Most American firearms are fired with what's called a "Blue Pill" round. It's usually loaded to about 20% higher than normal pressure.
There are many known cases of guns marked as having been proof fired that obviously weren't......because it was impossible to fire them at all.

EremicusI was around when the Ruger action was introduced. Bill Ruger claimed his action could take up to 160,000 psi.
The modern M70 actions are a very close improved 98 Mauser with a gas block. I wouuldn't worry about them either. E
