I am in need of a 500 Jeffrey reamer. If anyone has one they would rent or sell I would really appreciate it. I sold my last one and didn't think I would build this caliber again. I have a pre thread, pre chambered barrel so all I am going to do is get the headspace right.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks Pfiefer, I have done lots of business with Shawnie tool but never found a Jeff reamer. I checked their whole site and found it. I should have it in about a week.

Mark, I spoke with Dave Manson several times about this. Because of several variations on the 500 Jeff, he wants a couple dummy rounds to make the correct reamer (Shawnie tool had the right one). He said the quickest he could have me one is in 6-10 weeks. I just need to deepen the chamber to get headspace right. Will take about 5 minutes. I wont build another 500 Jeff so I don't want to spend that kind of money on a reamer I won't ever use again. Next time I build a rifle like this, it will have standardized dimensions!!!!
