Does the Ruger RSM Magnum use the same rings as the model 77?I have a set of rings that came with mine that look to be the same height in couple red packages packed seperately from factory, thats the way the RUGER Number#1 rifle rings are right?

Hello,
Rings on 77 model Rugers are of different height due to rear receiver bridge being different in height(lower) than front receiver area.
No. 1's have "rib" which is of same plane, front and back and therefore are equal in height. Never thought about it until I ended up w/ No.1 and finally figured out the difference. Thought that scope look kind of funny being at an angle!!
