can a ruger gude gun in 416 ruger be rebarreled to a 30/06 springfield ?

Probably cheaper and much less fuss to just buy the Ruger in 30.06 They are cheap enough in the USA. Theoretically a lot of gunsmithing could be done to convert a 416 Ruger to 30.06 but it seems sort of pointless.


Hunting.... it's not everything, it's the only thing.

Better yet just buy a 06
