What tools do you fellas use when engine-turning/damascening a bolt? Do you use the stuff Brownells sells; or do other companies supply tools also. Thanks, Grant

This is the set up I use. It's quick to set up and produces straight patterns. Of course it helps to have a vise on the drill press with "X" and "Y" travel.

I adjust the size of the circle by adding or subtracting "O" rings on the brush. You can get replacement brushes at Home Depot or any place that sells Dremel supplies.

that calender is probably necessary to keep those little round nipple like circles in the right places Cool hillbilly

I used the exact same fixture, brush and compound. Works great. If you have a spare of that calander I'd put one on my mill too.....
