Oldmodel70Bolt Jeweling
What tools do you fellas use when engine-turning/damascening a bolt? Do you use the stuff Brownells sells; or do other companies supply tools also. Thanks, Grant

WestpacThis is the set up I use. It's quick to set up and produces straight patterns. Of course it helps to have a vise on the drill press with "X" and "Y" travel.

You can get replacement brushes at Home Depot or any place that sells Dremel supplies.

butchlocthat calender is probably necessary to keep those little round nipple like circles in the right places

I used the exact same fixture, brush and compound. Works great. If you have a spare of that calander I'd put one on my mill too.....
