I haven't looked up how much is being asked for the action, but you can often find Sako rifles which are beat up, rusty, etc. that sell for less than a bare action. It is rare to find one on which the action itself isn't just as good as the day it left the factory.

You're probably right. I thought these (3) were earlier models marked L-479 etc. Might be the newer A1 AII AIII's. The tags and pictures are blurry. The short action has bids, somebody likes it.
