A while back I asked about dog training books on this forum. I picked up Dick Wolters' Game Dog and started having fun. I finally got an internet connection fast enough to upload the pictures. Here is Belle and Brownie at 10 weeks.   Here they are at 13 weeks.   More to follow. They are now at 20 weeks and doing multiple water retrieves and blind retrieves. This took me at least a dozen tries to get right. My dad told me once that if you're gonna kill a rattler with a chainsaw, use the top of the bar. | ||

The only love money can buy. If you really want to get involved, find your local/nearest AKC or UKC hunting retriever club and get involved w/ the hunt test game.You will find a group of people who love their dogs, family and hunting. Find people to train w/ and make some good friends. | |||
