I am not sure our dogs know they are NOT humans!

And part of our family!

We look after them as if they are our kids.

And they show affection accordingly.

I've got three dogs right now. Two live with my livestock full time. I just bought a new puppy to be more of a house and overall farm dog. So now, I am training a new pup. Lots of fun!

The problem with dogs - well , good dogs anyways - is that the good ones dont live long enough , but bad people hang around forever
