Actually in the case of the shooter in the link, there was according to him very little tuning done/needed,

as to shooting the Souped up ammo from Hornady I have seen more than one account as to were it will shoot as good as "tuned handloads",

there is far to much waving of BS-flags and not enough listening to how others did reach there results at the moment.

An open mind is better than an open mounth.
