I was at the fur buyer today, prices are down from last year. He quoted me: Bobcat $350 depending on quality maybe more or less. Red fox $20, coyote $20-25. Coon $12-15 Deer skins $2.00, elk $6.00 Mink $20.00 The deer were $7.00 last year Year I saved 6 of them, $12 bucks wasn't worth the mess in my Bldg.

I don't know if the price of fur will ever be like it was in the early 1980's. We can only hope though. I went christmas shopping with my girlfriend and damn neer all the coat's we looked at had fake fur trim. Quite dicouraging. I ended up buying her a coat that didn't have any fur on it at all.
I have asked her in the past about wearing a fur coat, and she said she would be scared to. Because of all the bad thing's that the tree hugger's do.
I have alway's complemented people who wear fur. I will go out of my way to do so. We have to promote fur anyway we can.
