I found this place early on, and remember that list of cartridges. Rereading some of the hunting reports, I had forgotten how many of Saeed's adventures Walter had a part in -- and how much fun you had with him. Loved the photo of Walter with his Blaser shoved down his pant leg to "confuse the animals."
I remember poring over the cartridge loading entries. The 6.5 Roberts Improved could certainly teach the 6.5 Creedmoor a thing or two, eh? And I still marvel at the muzzle energies that can be developed with the 577 Tyrannosaurus -- and no, I would never agree to shoot one if Saeed was present with a camera!
I hope that 25 years from now, shooters, hunters and handloaders from all over the planet can still find shelter, knowledge and good-natured friendship at AR.
