Before you do this, start a post on AR and then minimize it and open a new page on Internet Explorer and then go to photobucket.

1. Click SIGN UP at the top right and fill in your information and then when it opens the next page click GET STARTED at the top.
2. Click UPLOAD at the top.
3. Click CHOOSE PHOTOS & VIDEOS in the center of the outlined box. This "should" automatically take you to your computer files.
4. Click on PICTURES (in the same area as Documents, Music and Videos) on the left just below LIBRARIES. You should also see Libraries at the top of the page in the narrow white area. If not, click the drop-down arrow to the right and find and open LIBRARIES.
5-A For just one picture, DOUBLE-CLICK one of your pictures. Photobucket will now upload this picture automatically. You can see the progress near the bottom of the page.
5-B For several pictures. Click and hold the button under the left-most picture of the group you want to upload and drag the pointer through the other pictures you want. This will highlight your group. Click OPEN at the bottom right. Photobucket will now UPLOAD all these pictures automatically. You can see the progress near the bottom of the page.
6. To select a picture for AR, click on LIBRARY at the top left.
7. Double click your picture.
8. Click on the URL to the right of IMG on the right side of the screen and as you release the button you will see COPIED flash in yellow.
9. Now just minimize this page, bring up the AR post you started, click at the end of your last sentence, then tap the ENTER button on your keyboard a couple times so the picture isn't tight against your words. Then click on PASTE and your picture URL will show.
Notes: The picture will only show up after you post it. I never tried to post multiple pictures. This is for doing one at a time.
