Any suggestions for PM notification troubleshooting

For some reason, can't get PM notification emails. Using Android phone with Gmail app, and also Windows 10 PC going to gmail.com.

I have searched all folders, such as promotions and spam, and none seem to be there either.

Messages are going out normally. I can't account for why your gmail is not getting our emails.
