I managed to connect with this guy a few weeks ago in the Brooks Range. It made for some great camp meat....I was getting tired of eating sheep!

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't, Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a President, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke!!!!! Nice bull and you got in on some of the last nice weather as winter is coming fast. Where at in the Brooks? I used to live just below the Brooks on the Yukon River & Porcupine River.

Tired of sheep you say? Let's see it!

Congratulations. That looks like a very good bull. Long shot - it looks fairly open ?

ALLEN W. JOHNSON - DRSS

Into my heart on air that kills
From yon far country blows:
What are those blue remembered hills,
What spires, what farms are those?
That is the land of lost content,
I see it shining plain,
The happy highways where I went
And cannot come again.

Thanks for all the comments, I am very happy with the bull. The Clients also took very nice bulls along with their sheep and Bears. I shot my bull with a 338-06 custom rifle. Range was between 300 and 400 yards. I was hoping for a closer shot as the bull fed toward me but due to a poor wind, he knew something was not right and started to leave the area. Sooo it was take a long shot or wave good-by.
