Not sure if it was taken in the Yukon or Alaska but the antlers make the head look small [URL= ][img]http://www.hunt101.com/data/500/medium/mega_moose.jp Can you believe a bigger one? Yukon I think. This was posted on Alaska Forum: "An old friend of mine guided a hunter to this monster moose this Sept. while guiding for Shockey. He has very little experience guiding, talk about beginners luck!! Green score was 249 1/8 net! Should put it in the top 15" http://forums.outdoorsdirector.../144761-Mega-Moose!!

WOW. !!!!!!!! Phil Shoemaker : "I went to a .30-06 on a fine old Mauser action. That worked successfully for a few years until a wounded, vindictive brown bear taught me that precise bullet placement is not always possible in thick alders, at spitting distances and when time is measured in split seconds. Lucky to come out of that lesson alive, I decided to look for a more suitable rifle."

Great bull, great realistic pic, no need to try and exaggerate the size of those antlers. "An individual with experience is never at the mercies of an individual with an argument"

Yes, they aren't the same rack. The I shop pic looks like something from Lord of The Rings Phil Shoemaker : "I went to a .30-06 on a fine old Mauser action. But look at the skull plate with respect to the fellows hand, seems proportional to me especially when the guys arm is straight down, now the only thing that raises suspicion is the two horses that are supporting the antlers weight that could be indicative of some photo trickery not like some of those bear pictures where the hunter is sitting behind the bear giving the impression that the bear is much larger than whet he is. But in any case the rack is huge NRA Life Member, ILL Rifle Assoc Life Member, Navy

Not photoshop, but is a composite production modeled after the best of several bulls. See: http://forums.outdoorsdirector...uld-score-(I-do-know) Antlers Double Rifle Shooters Society Heym 450/400 3"
