Leaving for the peninsula 10/5. Is it legal to use thermals to pre/glass for brown bears. Not mounted on a rifle but just to use during daytime hours pre/glassing?

You can afford to come to Alaska to hunt Brown Bear & cant take the time to google ADF&G?

Be sure & tell the Troopers you got all your info on the interweb so it has it be legal.

The answer is no. killpc

Good luck & hope you get a great brownie!!

Ah. No biggie. My wife bought it for my birthday, thought it would be fun to take along and play with a new toy.

Why does an image of you printing an ad off the internet before your birthday and leaving it on her pillow come to mind. animal

Actually Jim, I go to the gun shop the week before and tell my buddy what I want and to expect her. If I want something exotic I'll check in a couple-three weeks in advance.
