I am looking for a good coverall, mainly to be used in very cold temperatures, it has to be warm, waterproof (thou should preferably allow perspiration to escape), tough and quiet ...

so far I have found three that might meet my needs:

http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/sta...cat600822&hasJS=true

http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/sta...ex&indexId=cat600822

http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/sta...cat600822&hasJS=true

Which one would you choose and why? If anyone might know of any other better still please let me know about it (my budget is something around 200 USD)

Size must be at least 2XL (3XL better)

Thank you all in advance

I'm kind of a hot blooded person and the least bit of activity when I'm bundled up in even very cold weather makes me dangerously warm and sweaty. Coveralls for me are out of the question because I'm not able to regulate my temp very well so I've opted for bib overalls and a jacket so when I'm real active I can remove the jacket and other layers easy without too much effort. This method works very well for me but results for you may be different.
