I have one each from a client, 338 has custom wood. 300WSM is on a composite stock.

I also have a new MRC LH short action, new in the box.

Email me if you are interested.

What action is the 338 built on? SS or blued?
Thanks

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

The 338 is built on a Winchester Classic action. Here are some pictrues of both.

What is the price on the Short Action from MRC? And is it chrome moly or stainless?

The 338 is done on a model 70 "CLassic" action, shilen barrel, new checkered bolt knob and my custom stock work. LOP is about 14 7/8. It has been to Africa but retains almost 98%+ condition. I did all of the work to it.

$3200

The synthetic is a LH MRC stainless action, shilen stainless barrel and Hi-Tech specialties stock, same LOP

$1695

That 338 is a DAMN fine looking rifle. I REALLY like it!
I'm sure they won't last too long. If I hadn't bought 2 guns off of here in the last 2 months, I'd be all over both of them.

An addendum to my above post which is corrected somewhat.

Barrel on the 300 WSM is a Lilja. The barrel on 338 is a Pac-Nor if I remember correctly.

Steel Bottom metal on Model 70

338 has taken an eland and a 340" elk.
