I went elk hunting last year in Montana with a buddy of mine. In return I offered to take him moose hunting. What resulted was probably my best Alaska adventure to date. It was a three week float hunting, sheep hunting, moose hunting, steelhead fishing, trout fishing, camping, nature enjoying extravaganza for all times!!! Here's are some picture highlights. Getting ready for the shot in the snow.  Giving thanks.  Me with my 11 year old ram.  Carey with my ram.  Packing out.    Carey's 63" bull.  Raft loaded and ready to go.  A couple nice bows.   Sheep backstrap!!!! Sure. It's a Bansner Ultimate Ovis chambered in 7wsm. I shoot 160gr accubond hand loads at 3,158fps. Topped with a Swarovski Z5 3.5-18 with ballistic turret. My buddy used my Kimber Montana in .325wsm with 200gr TSX at 2,950fps topped with a Swarovski Z6 1.7-10.
