1 Common reedbuck ram (can be switched to a Blue wildebeest bull, slight price consideration)

8 days hunting, 1x1 KZN Midlands area along the Tugela River.

Includes transfers from Durban Airport.

Price $6100.
Observers $165 per day.
Other animals and days can be negotiated, please feel free to ask.

Booking confirmation 50% deposit required by end January 2010.

The Rate includes:
•The services of a licensed Professional Hunter.
•Services of Trackers, Skinners and Beaters as required.
•Field preparation of trophies.
•All motor vehicle travel during the hunt.
•All Safari accommodation, food, soft drinks, local beers and general laundry.
•All government VAT tax of 14% in RSA, only if applicable.
•Cost of general hunting licences.
•All meals and refreshments.
•Daily gun fee (rate payable to the Landowner.)
•Road transport during Safari.
•Conservation Levies.
•All trophy prices include government licence fees where applicable.

Items Not included in rates:

•Any gratuities to Safari Staff if deserved.
•Alcoholic Beverages.
•Hire of firearms and ammunition @ $35/per day excluding ammunition.
•Car hire if required.
•Tariff changes beyond our control.
•Big Game Trophy costs as per individual quote.
•Conservation fee of $10.00 per animal shot.
•Trophy fees as per quote.
•Disinfecting, packing and shipping of trophies. This is done by an independent taxidermist.

NOTE: Any animal shot and wounded, and not recovered will be paid for in full. Daily rate is charged for per night on safari.

How big is the property/properties? What are realistic expectations for trophies (especially nyala and eland). The price for this is excellent!

the nyala/kudu area is around 4000ha hilly terrain and the eland area which is an hour away is around 3000ha (about 2.2 acres/ha)
We took a 51 and 57" kudu there last season, and a 27.5" nyala, and the next group after us took a 30", so they are around, but realistically work around 26 to 28".
Eland around 30-35", but we have seen some bigger, and true to Sod's law, normally when we are not hunting them.
