The Mutanda Game Reserve, a 12 500 acre privately owned, fenced reserve, located in the North Western province of Zambia. A magnificent area of immense natural beauty and diversity, we are proud to offer a unique experience on this premier private wildlife area.

The scenery and habitat on the reserve varies widely, from Miombo Woodland and thicket to large open plains and swamp. Owing to the variance in habitat, a wide range of species are present with Buffalo, Roan Antelope, Sable, Livingstone Eland, Tsessebe, Sitatunga and a wide range of other species occurring on the reserve. Good populations of all species are present, with quality huntable specimens present across all species.

The camp on the reserve consists of three spacious tents, located along the shore of a large lake. Complete with all the necessary amenities, the basic yet comfortable camp will ensure all your needs are catered for.

Combine good food and accommodations, excellent infrastructure and healthy herds of game, and you have the makings of a great experience in this remote part of Zambia!

After years of development and watching the reserve grow and thrive, we are excited to be able to now offer the Mutanda Game Reserve as a new destination for those interested in Zambia.

2020 will be the first season we are hunting on the reserve, and we are excited to see the outcome of years of hard work and conservation.

The reserve is home to a wide range of species, and most will be on quota for next season.

This actually looks like a pretty fare hunt and prices. No outrageous trophy fees etc. and anyone who doesn't think 12.5K acres a fair chase sized place not thinking, as over 20 square miles.

    Thank you for the comment!

We are undertaking our first Safaris on this area next season, but have been developing it for the past 6 years, and look forward to seeing the results of all the work that has been put in.

All the wildlife is free roaming and self sustaining, and the area is a fair size, tract of land, that allows for a good hunt.

    Thank you very much!

We have just taken over management of the Lunga Busanga block, and are in the process of building a camp. There is some work to do, but the area is looking promising.

The Kasonso Busanga is looking good, and we are excited to see what the area produces this year, we are sure our hard work with the anti-poaching will start to show, with good results.

There are many who do far more than we do!

We can only try and do as much as is possible in the areas under our care.

It would be great to have you over one day, let me know when you are ready!
