This is a private land, OTC tags, hunt. Each year this county has left over deer tags due to most land being private and difficult to access. Landowner has a green field. To the deer, that's a major magnet. 1-2 hunters can hunt this field and select either species of deer. Tag is good for one buck of your choice. Whitetail Deer of over 175 B&C have been taken off this ranch as well as good Mulie's. Season runs Oct 1-15. It is a 3 day hunt (shouldn't need more days normally but can book extra days if needed) food, lodging included. No one else will be hunting at the time your hunt takes place. $3,300 is the cost with 50% deposit at the time of booking. It is mainly hunting from a natural ground blind; hay bales, etc. In Carbon, Co. Deer license is $312.00, conservation stamps are $12.50. Contact me for any questions. Hi Frank, yeah it's very good area, so good in fact it's very difficult to draw an Antelope tag unless your lucky and have landowner friends or have points. Funny thing though, the deer tags are plentiful over the counter. None of my family or friends drew last year for Antelope, and that's one of my personal favorites of western big game.
