TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING: 50% (fifty percent) of safari cost deposit to confirm the safari. Balance on completion of safari.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is done within 30 (thirty) days prior to commencement of safari. Failure to confirm the safari within the 30 days will result in a 25% (twenty-five percent) deduction fee from the deposit for admin fees incurred. Package animals not shot will not be swapped or discounted for from original package.

This is not a cull hunt. You are hunting for mature animals. If you take the next world record, there will be no additional trophy fee. This is an excellent area to take the wife or children. Lots of game to hunt, photograph and observe. Ranch consists of high plains and brush covered ravines. Contact me for questions, references or separate trophy fees/list.

FYI: Our 2014 Dallas Safari Club donation was purchased by someone who later discovered health problems. This prevents them from taking their hunt this year. My donation was for March/April 2014 only on the above ranch.
