Fawnie Mountain Ouftitters in central BC has two openings for Canada moose Sept 14-23,'11 and throughout the season in '12. This hunt offers a 100% shooting opportunity on mature bulls hunted from various wilderness lakes by spot and stalk or by calling. The majority of the moose will be taken around the lake shore where they can be hunted from boats so the hunt is not a real physical affair. You should expect a bull of 40"-50" plus. A black bear is possible on this hunt but not likley.

Camps are cabins or tent camps with showers and electricity.

I personally did alot of moose hunting while I lived in AK and loved it but this hunt is a heck of alot cheaper than an Alaska hunt and the weather is going to be much better. I'm going to do this one myself as soon as I can.
