I have hunted here many times and this ranch has produced many top class record book animals, but it is hunting, not shooting fish in a barrel so be prepared to hunt hard and shoot straight. Mike, Keith Gradwell or Doug Snow. It's Keith's family ranch. He has family here and I've hunted with him many times. Good people and a class act. postoak. Cape Eland probably average 1500 lbs but age and nutrition can vary but they are about the size of the Livingstone. Younger bulls will have longer horns but older bulls will have thicker, worn horns but a large ruff and darker face/neck. I hunted this area with Keith in 08. I am returning with three friends in 13. A great diversity of animals with many, many trophies. Keith is a terrific person as is his wife, I enjoyed their company and the wealth of knowledge has. Having grown up there he knows the nooks and crannies and in one day, put us onto a trophy kudu for me after 5 hard days of looking. Here are a few photos of the lodge. L. MD375, no, I've found both on this ranch. tendrams, that bushbok is just under 20" and was found dead on the ranch. He was mounted with a replacement cape. There are two giant Steenbok in the den: 6.75" and 7" some outstanding trophy's have come off this ranch.
