Just download the form and follow directions. As a note, a meet and greet service is worth the $$$ if your aren't comfortable. It also puts it on their back.

Afton Safari Lodge does just gun permits as well and prices are really good! We used them a couple weeks ago for a number of things and all went without a hitch.
Got it figured out. Back already. The exit guy wanted a handout. I didn't give him one and my guns arrived was a little worried. The biggest problem is dealing with the SAPS guys took an hour to get their printer working
