| Since both Zim and RSA are members of SAEDC, you can’t buy duty free items in JNB shops to take to a member country. Unless the law has changed recently. I ran into this last year transitting to Windhoek through JNB. Clerks ask for your boarding pass and passport. When they see you’re heading to a SAEDC country, sale ends. Good luck.
