This is exactly my concern.

Unilateral ignorance or malice is a bigger danger than the law.

One person, who wants to do his job a little too well in front of a supervisor has caused me untold number of headaches.

In Romania, it took over an hour for someone to approve my already approved gun license. The problem? The boss from Bucharest was in the office and nobody wanted to make a decision.

Also consider the rabid anti-hunters. I have been bumped out of business class and into coach as the plane is boarding bc the agent found out I was hunting.

The risks are currently too high for me to do this.

Hopefully this goes away. There is a lawsuit that the State of Texas has against the government that could be somewhat interesting. The most baffling thing to me is that the ATF is saying a suppressor is not a firearm so it can be restricted, yet the Gun Control Act (NFA) calls a suppressor a firearm. Double speak at it's finest, but I am sure there is more to it than what I have been reading. If it is indeed a firearm, the supreme court might be conservative enough to finally start allowing them without restrictions. We would have allowed them long ago just like most of the rest of the world but moron mouth breathers who watch movies still fully believe that a gun makes zero sound with a silencer.
