Yes there is. I buy it every trip. When I get to the office I will get the name.

most don't
some offer extra travel policies
Medicare doesnt cover outside the US

Generally, you are expected to pay upfront overseas and deal with your insurance later to get reimbursed.

I had a client get hammered by a buffalo last year in Zim. Travel Guard handled everything including hospitalization in JNB.
