I have a friend that was picked up for OWI. Long story short, his blood test came back under the legal limit. He was picked up last January, but his trial date is not set until February of next year. Is there any way he can get into Canada? | ||

it will depend on the immigration officer but if you forget to tell them about during the screening there is a chance you will have a note under your name and it will hard even with a lawyer to make it work, people after decades of that issues still ban to enter in canada. | |||
