notifying them ahead of time that anyone not showing up ready to work their assigned shift will be looking for a new job. Everybody in the Western World has a cellphone. Once the notices are posted, and a couple dozen strikers get the phone call or Email, the rest will show.

Unions and Companies need to learn to work together. It is more difficult when union officers do not work in the facility, or that company bigwigs get seven figure bonuses for trying to cut benefits, wages, and jobs.
