where is it exactly stated you cant cary two rifles and one shotgun in a singlr case?

I see size restriction my case is 52x10x13 so a fee there

weight 3 guns x 10 lbs plus case 45 maybe 50 pounds outside no extra there

some say may cost extra well ok but can it be done

was not a problem before what do you think?
