Gentlemen,
I need three units of williams one piece bottom metal for Pre-64 Winchester 70s. It would appear from their website they no longer make the pre-64 unit...

Other suggestions if the above is accurate?

Sunny Hill, Sound Metal Products, etc...?

I have the Sound Metal Products version and it is really well done. In addition, Duane is now making the magazine boxes to accompany the one piece floor plates.

The one piece bottom metal units for Model 70s have been made by several different outfits over the years (starting with Blackburn?). I'd like to learn more about how to tell them apart. If anyone is an expert and has pictures, please share.

Thanks!

I'd get ahold of Brownells or Midway. I think both just took shipment of Pre 64 stuff from Williams.
