[I]f circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people while there is a large body of citizens, little, if at all, inferior to them in discipline and the use of arms, who stand ready to defend their own rights and those of their fellow-citizens. This appears to me the only substitute that can be devised for a standing army, and the best possible security against it, if it should exist.

I am tending to be with Butch. So show us the target pictures and how many shots per group?

Can't prove it, misplaced the targets, but I have had a few five shot groups from the .308 PSS ( when the throat was fairly new ) that measured .250". Some of those rifles shot !!!
Just FWIW, no BS.

Jim, I would have not have disagreed with your comment at all. For me it is the .2 and consistent that got me. I too have a custom 6.5-06AI that got me a witnessed .129" group, but it was just once when the shooting gods were totally with me, three shot group, but not consistent. Maybe ~.5" overall for consistent.
