I agree that Dennis' execution is superb, but for pure elegance it's hard to beat the lines of the original Oberndorf Types M and S.

Something about those Oberndorf stocks that no modern gunsmith can duplicate.The old Rigby's come close but I don't know who made the stocks for them-maybe they were made in Oberndof too.

That's nonsense.....of course they can, Modern shooters use scopes as the primary sighting tool, not an added on afterthought. Stocks need to be modified to accommodate

The rifles look great as does everything I've seen Duane do. I have a little Zastava 22 Hornet that I finished the stock on. it wears a full stock. I also have a soft spot for full stocked rifles if the stock is shaped right. Mine took a lot of work to get even close to looking right. Those pictured are shaped as right as they can be.
