Dave, Thanks for mentioning Floyd Warren. Hadn't heard his name in quite some time. Any reader of Gun Digest in the 60s, 70s should recognize his name. He and John Warren's work were often shown in the Art of the Engraver section of the book. John Warren was from the Boston area I believe. Floyd, in addition to engraving, was a very gifted fiddle player and wood carver. Floyd passed away about ten or more years ago from mesothelioma. He was a fine and very interesting fellow. TT | |||
