I have always liked tiger striped stocks, I had a ruger 3 in 45/70 that had a beautiful tiger striped stock much like this list high wall pictured.

all right, what's the big double, it's beautiful and it was what I thought of when I read the thread title, or maybe a howdah.

Just noticed what looks like a Tiger engraved on the side of the big double rifle. Hence, NICE Tiger rifle. 375 H&H?

I was recently in Boise Idaho and had a chance to see Elmer Keith exhibit at the Cabelas store. Included in his firearms is Jim Corbett's double rifle.. guess you could call it a Tiger gun... Les

When I saw "Tiger Guns" I immediately thought 450/400...

They work pretty good on lion, cape buff and elephants as well.

Also wild pigs, deer, caribou, and black bear too...
