Wow. An AR that doesn't vent gas into the receiver? Man, if only they offered it in .308.

There are other company's that put this operating system out before Ruger. If you look for them, you just may find one in .308 Win/7.62 NATO.

Build my own CNC router from scratch. I installed the hight wrong. My hight moves but the rails blocks 3/4 of the hight.....

The SKS, AK, FAL, etc have pistons that isolate the bolt carrier from the gas.

I think the AR15 with less reciprocating mass was an improvement.

My problem with the AR15s is Chrome lined 556 chambers in shit barrels with fast twist.

Now, if we could just get a relatively inexpensive piston operated rifle that shot cheap ammo with reasonable battle field accuracy......OH....wait....they make the Ak-74!

Ruger once advertised a .308 version and then later said their engineers could not make it work.
What a crock...

I had one on order!I think it was called the XGI.Supposedly,the accuracy was horseshit!I wanted it for deer hunting in the northern MN woods.
