I have a Mills brand 1911 mag pouch dated Jan. 1919 and I would like to know the approx worth of it. It also has the original paper inside warning the GIs about leaving mags in the pouch wet and corroding the mags. A buddy wants to trade some stuff around and I'm not sure what a fair value is. Pics will follow. Thanks, Lee

Never seen one w/the "REMEMBER" paper work. These flooded the market several years ago. I've got a few laying around somewhere...don't remember the manufacturer though. Might try a WWI reenactor group for value. Robert If we can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people, under the pretense of taking care of them, they must become happy. The paperwork should bring a premium ( to a collector) Original paperwork rarely survives very long. Doug Humbarger NRA Life member Tonkin Gulf Yacht Club 72'73. Yankee Station Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.

I thought I heard the "bloused" bottoms were a bit different. I guess he thinks it's worth a bit more to him than that. Thanks for the info guys.
