DogchaserWWI 1911 Mag pouches
I have a Mills brand 1911 mag pouch dated Jan. 1919 and I would like to know the approx worth of it. It also has the original paper inside warning the GIs about leaving mags in the pouch wet and corroding the mags.
A buddy wants to trade some stuff around and I'm not sure what a fair value is.
Pics will follow.
Thanks, Lee

RVL IIINever seen one w/the "REMEMBER" paper work.
These flooded the market several years ago.
I've got a few laying around somewhere...don't remember the manufacturer though. Might try a WWI reenactor group for value.

D HumbargerThe paperwork should bring a premium ( to a collector) Original paperwork rarely survives very long.

LionHunter1. Dated Jan 1919; 2 months after WWI ended
2. Outer webbing stained
3. Readily available in better condition with or w/out paperwork
Like I said, $10.

I thought I heard the "bloused" bottoms were a bit different.
I guess he thinks it's worth a bit more to him than that.
Thanks for the info guys.
