If you know the date that it was manufactured you can check with the batf ,if memory serves, prior to 1945 makes it a curio or relic. It's mercy, compassion and forgiveness I lack; not rationality. | |||

I didn't see it on the C&R list, but that doesn't mean you cannot. Write the BATFE a letter and ask them in writing if you can. That would be the most definitive answer for you. Jason "Chance favors the prepared mind." | |||

I think the provision about date of manufacture is that it's got to be over 50 years old. "A cheerful heart is good medicine." | |||
