If you know the date that it was manufactured you can check with the batf ,if memory serves, prior to 1945 makes it a curio or relic.

I didn't see it on the C&R list, but that doesn't mean you cannot. Write the BATFE a letter and ask them in writing if you can. That would be the most definitive answer for you.

I think the provision about date of manufacture is that it's got to be over 50 years old.
