Looking at a Moose and black bear combo hunt with Cooper River Outfitters in BC. Does anyone have info about the outfitter. Not looking for trophy quality. That would be nice but we will be driving so we can bring the meat home. Did a search on AR but nothing turned up.

Copper River is owned or co-owned by Jim Lancaster. I have hunted with him at Nahanni Butte in the NWT. He is an honest,hard working man. I would recommend him without hesitation.

X2 on Jim. Top notch guy I've hunted with them in Nahanni.

Took sheep with Nahanni Butte and Jim was guiding someone else. he seemed to be a hardworker and a ethical guide. Never heard a bad word about the Lancasters.

Hunted with the Lancaster's several times. Top notch.
