Looking for some advice for returning from Canada with antlers/horns in baggage. Can you simply include them in your personal gear/clothes?

Yes - there’s a USFW form to fill out that I’ve always received at the US Customs Office in Calgary or Edmonton, and the hide/antlers have gone in checked baggage

Shoot me a pm with your phone # and I’ll be happy to answer any questions
