Glad you just said that, Demonical. One American (maybe 2!) here is talking nonsense and some of you Canadians start demonizing all of us? Black bears come through my neighborhood on a regular basis and we haven't had to shoot one out of season yet.

Please don't make this about US vs Canada, guys, we've all got plenty of dirty laundry to air. Wouldn't it be pretty stupid to restrict foreigners from hunting in BC? That loss of revenue wouldn't go over too well with everyone, would it?

What I said about experience with bears, Yanks compared to Canadians was too general anyway. So that was a dumb statement I made. My mistake.

It's pretty obvious that the Alaska bear men are another breed and I'm pretty sure those boys are part of the USA. There's a pile of hardcore crazy bear men throughout the USA, that would not take a backseat to anyone.


I think this topic has been pretty much beat to death anyway... I hope so.
