Also takin a Remington model 7 alasken wilderness rifle in 7mm saum with either 140 partitions or 154 hornadys...enough gun?

I am not familiar with Wicked River. They have a neat territory though...not too far from where my Dad's bison ranch was.

Just talked to a friend of mine, however, that is an outfitter here in the Kootenays...he says they still have a couple spots available.

You might want to check him out... www.heightoftherockies.com

Outfitters name is Sean Beswick.

I hunted with Coastal Inlet Adventures a few years ago. Great time and LOTS of bears. Do a Google for their website.

Hey....PM on its way....

My best suggestion would be to talk to Aaron Fredlund at Fredlund Guide Service.

He is a hard working outfitter who kills great bears, has a beautiful area, and will hunt his tail off while giving you an awesome trip. He's the most honest outfitter I know and I am proud to call him a friend....

Shot my model 7 AWR sunday with some 139 Hornady interlocks @ 3200 I figure that should be a good load...But i am also building a 35 whelen....will take that if its done in time......I think planning and prepering for the hunt is a whole hell of alot of fun!
