I want to pick up a 45acp.
Been lookin at them at the local gun shops.
There are some Brazilen made springfields.
shorter than a 1911 short with a heavy barrel. does any one shoot this and what do you think?
The second one is a 1911 A1 springfield made in USA looks like a nice gun it has a long slide.
Both are under $500 each.

i bought a rock island 1911 for 350 bucks and love it shoots well and have very few jams. deffinitly worth the money

If you are speaking to the Springfield Champion with the 4 inch barrel, they are excellent pistols.

If you found a Springfield Armory 1911A1 Longslide for under $500 you better grab it before I find it!

$475 price tag.
I was on gunbroker and guns america and they go for about 100 to 150 more.

springfield long slide that cheap buy two of them , one of the better1911s out there, i have a pt945b taurus in 45acp its ok but its not a 1911, and i don't like taurus 's 1911needs more refinements stick to a springfield
