Anybody find the body yet? I think the laws in Alaska are a 60 day wait without the body.

I'll post pictures when it arrives. It's a 3 1/4" and Cal's is a 3". It's regulated for 570 grain bullets, but I'm not sure how many grains cordite. I'll likely use 110-112 grains of IMR 4831 for the 570 grain bullets and some charge of IMR 4198 with some 440 grain bullets for nitro for black loads.

jerry mcdonaldMy first Double Rifle was in fact a Watson Bros in 500 Nitro purchased at an estate sale, I was later contacted in person by a family member begging for the rifle back.
He exclaimed he was out of the country when the rifle was sold and wanted it back as it was his Dads rifle, I excepted the refund and let the man have his rifle, I still cant help but smell bullshit everytime I think about that little scenario.

A leather covered pad is only the beginning.
Add a muzzlebrake, Parkerized finish, Drill the rib and add a Tasco scope, remove the engraving, put on a synthetic black stock, etc., and you have (now) a quality rifle.
Signed,
Shootaway
